Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on size and weight of the box or bag the item is shipped in and time it takes to get to you. Prices may vary. For our International customers please contact us at team@WAYmat.com to talk about and place an international order.

Shipping and Duties

 *Please note we need a physical address to ship to, a #PO box will not work. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

*International orders must pay their country's taxes and duties upon arrival. Thank you.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY - We Are Yoga offers customers return guarantee on all WAYmats and NeoWAYmats. Any UNOPENED non-defective mats still in the original packaging may also be returned. If a mat has been opened we cannot accept it for refund, due to health code laws.

 All apparel and accessories are made to order, and only defective items will be fully refunded or replaced.  We cannot accept returns based on size, color, or need. Please contact Jen at jen@waymat.com for any questions or concerns. 

WAYMAT + Neo WAYMAT Refund Details 

•  You have up to 30 days to return or exchange goods from the date of purchase

•  Returned items must be in original condition and packaging

•  Proof of purchase is required

•  Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

(When purchasing online, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as your receipt.)

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR A WAYmat or Neo-WAYmat

Fill out this printable PDF return form and include it with your returned merchandise. Be sure to follow all of the instructions on the form and indicate whether you'd like a refund or exchange. If you'd like an exchange, email a second copy of this form (include it as an attachment or copy/paste the info in the body of the email) to jen@waymat.com. Be sure to tell us which item you'd like to exchange.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR ALL APPAREL/ACCESSORIES

Contact us at jen@waymat.com with your request. Please include the following information: 

1) First, Last Name

2) Items purchased and reason for return

3) If item is defective please include detailed photographs in your email

Expect a return email within 1 business day.

Warranties

All WAYmats and Neo-WAYmats carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect in your product, please contact We Are Yoga directly at jen@waymat.com and include a photo of your defective product.  We will examine it and replace it for you ASAP!
